Maria Reyes Puente
Maria Reyes-Puente is an international development practitioner with a focus on education and gender. She holds a Bachelor of International Relations and a Master in International Community Development. Prior to joining Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, she worked for over 6 years in community development, volunteer management, and research in Mexico, focusing on responsible development. Her Australian experience includes working in the not-for-profit as a program manager and in higher education, as a lecturer in the area of International Development. As part of the World Scabies Program team, Maria oversees the planning and management by strengthening integration and collaboration with the Solomon Islands country program.
