WSP Kiribati welcomes a visiting researcher from the Netherlands!

We recently welcomed a visiting researcher from the Netherlands, Lara, who traveled to Kiribati to collect data on the first-ever national mass drug administration (MDA) for scabies and trachoma.

Lara interviewed MDA implementation workers—including nurses, supervisors, and volunteers—to gain insights into their experiences working on an integrated public health program.
This invaluable information from Kiribati’s world-first integrated MDA can help inform future programs globally.
